Toca da Raposa
Toca da Raposa (Fox Hole) is a Lisbon cocktail bar by the bartender Constança Raposo Cordeiro. The bar presentes a collection of animals (cocktails) made with seasonal ingredients, harvested and transformed by its team into spirit drinks with very Portuguese flavours, such as fennel, eucalyptus flower and olive oil.
Everything goes through manual experimentation, from picking the fruits, infusions and fermentations, to the perfection of the final gesture in the preparation of drinks.
The graphic image of the space follows the gesture and appears with an informal and personalised line in collages made with parts of Toca da Raposa, from the ingredients of the cocktails, the Japanese inspired dishes, to the colourful sofas and tattooed arms of the bartender Constança Raposo Cordeiro.
