BomBom Pâtisserie has opened its doors in the Amoreiras neighborhood of Lisbon, as a true tribute to the tradition of French pastry-making. It offers high-quality creations that combine flavor with innovation, creativity, and design.
The Amoreiras neighborhood is strongly marked by the postmodernist architecture of Tomás Taveira and Arsénio Cordeiro. The area blends bold geometric shapes, vibrant colors, and a deconstructed approach to modern functionalism, creating a dialogue between the old and the contemporary.
This spirit of experimentation and fusion of styles finds resonance in the work of chef Juliette Bayen, whose approach to cake design is also defined by a creative and irreverent mix of shapes, colors, and textures.
